Report a translation problem
So it could be either there's an issue with your Steam installation (that happens from time to time) and might be corrected by reinstalling Steam (DO NOT reinstall your games) or it's just because it's the time of day and we're still under the effects of the coronavirus and Steam is being hit HARD by everyone.
So you have a couple of choices - leave it and try later when things are less busy (and kids have gone to bed) or try accessing Steam and support through a web browser.
Web browser says I have tried too many times to log in, I have waited more than 8 hours and nothing that was my initial problem, and I need to get rid of that thing to be able to log in to elite dangerous, but seems I can not get support from steam
Hmm, that error usually pops up when there's congestion which leads me to think you just will have to wait until later when things are less busy.
The coronavirus and everybody being at home has been messing things up for a few weeks on here, and it's made worse by the fact that many ISPs have limited their speeds to reserve bandwidth for emergency purposes.
However, that said, you won't get support instantly from Steam as it doesn't work like that. So if you got through and sent a support ticket, it might take a couple of days or so to get back to you.
As a rule of thumb, if it ain't strcitly something account related that only Valve can help with, you're supposed to ask for help on the game's forum here.
Well, I take it you read the sticky there PROPERLY, as it tells you a big clue in there if you care to look about activation taking several hours for some unknown reason.
If this is still not the case for you, then please consider posting there. They're going to be your best bet at getting an answer.
