Report a translation problem
It can be some sort of corruption with your download. In which case, go to Steam Settings and clear your download cache.
If it still persists, it can be either you have not enough space on your drive or some other similar issue with the drive. You can either try pointing the download to another drive or making space. Do note that Valve recommend you use NO MORE than about 90% of the intended drive space. A lot of people overlook that.
