Same here. Apparently this has been going on for at least an hour. At least the game I want to purchase is on sale through December 7th. Maybe Steam is trying to tell us to sleep on it . . .

Seems to be some server issues atm. Add maintenace to that too.

All you can do is go away and return later and try again.

Should be fine now, along with a Steam client update that finally fixed the Family View issue.
