Can't checkout
Got some sweet deals in the cart, go to Cart, see sweet deals in the cart, click Checkout (before any final confirmation or payment method is selected), it switches to an almost blank page navigating to https://checkout.steampowered.com/checkout/?purchasetype=self&cart=4783447708560424134

anyone else having trouble? I opened a ticket with Steam about a little over an hour ago, no response yet

Just realized navigating directly to the link in a web browser works, the redirect that tries to occur within the Steam client is where it fails. I tried restarting Steam and my computer prior to posting, the issue still present.

This can sometimes happen either under times of stress (typically when sales are on the go) or if your Steam installation gets corrupted in some way.

You can try clearing the web browser cache under Steam Settings, then restart Steam and see if it fixes it.

If it doesn't, then you can always do the "fix all" - go to your steam install folder and delete everything EXCEPT the steamapps folder (where your games are), and steam.exe.

Then run that steam.exe and it will reacquire all the needed files again.

That usually fixes difficult to track down wonkiness.

It's an issue with Family View that cropped up two weeks ago.

Disable it completely, restart Steam and you can enable it again. Then, the page should load correctly.

Thanks for this post... I thought it was just me. I went to the steam URL with a browser. I had to recreate my cart but the purchase worked like clockwork. Hard to imagine them not making sure the store was functioning prior to a seasonal sale! I opened a ticket earlier today but am good to move on for now.

Having same issues here. Will try some of the suggestions made here.

ED: As suggested, I turned off Family View in a browser and it fixed the problem.

Plz maker steam ticket with other steam user already figure this out in a past post, now steam need a bunch of ticket to see it is that, untill fixed, you can try steam beta, but again actual require steam has solved it.
