Say you download a picture of a snake wearing a tophat.
The person you're sharing a computer with decides to delete the picture.
Do you think that picture will still be deleted when you use the computer next?
Yes, deleting files will delete them regardless of who is sitting in the chair.
Different user accounts on the computer could work though. although it'd be a good idea to have your games downloaded to a common place accessible by both accounts in that case.
You upload that snake picture to a cloud service.
The other person deletes it from the cloud service.
Do you think it will still be deleted when you check the cloud for the file, or do you think the fact that you're the one in the chair makes a difference?
