Download not starting
Whenever i try to download a game now, for some reason im met with "no internet connection" or "connection unavailable" or "manifest unable" and the download never starts. Ive tried changing my download region, clearing download cache and more and nothing seems to work at all. This only started recently and i am fully connected to the internet and can still access the steam store and all. i have no clue whats going on.

You can always try the general fix all - go to your steam install folder and delete everything except steam.exe and you steamapps folder (where your games lie). Then run steam.exe and it will reacquire all the needed files. So if there's anything corrupt it will be acquired anew.

If the problem still persists after this then it's likely something software wise is blocking things on your system. You can try going to restart Windows in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING. ONLY run Steam and try to download. If it works then it proves something is blocking it and you need to find out what it is.
