Cancelled Refund Game is missing!

Hello i cancelled my Refund but its been 3 days since it says "Buy" instead of Play. I already paid for it.

Check your purchase history to see what that shows. Also check your payment method to see if the money has gone back.

Note if paid by debit/credit card it can take a few days to be returned.

Ultimately you'll have to contact support through the ticket system if these don't show the refund went through.

Did you do any of the things I said or is this just a knee jerk response? The first thing you need to do is work out what actually happened. Then you can work out how to rectify it.

No the money is not back, i contacted the support and no response.

I bought the game 3-4 days ago after playing for 1h i decided to get a refund because it was not working right. But then i noticed why it wasnt working so i decided to "cancel" the refund. I paid directly from my bank with no delay so it was payed instant. After that the game was removed from my library and says "Buy". i contacted the support but no response since 48h. Now i wonder if i buy the game again do i get my money back at some time because the winter sale is almost over.

If you got the refund and the game's removed, then obviously the cancellation of the refund you requested didn't happen.

So you obviously have to wait for the money to come back.

Normally if you request a refund within 24 hours of buying it, you usually don't get anything taken from your card in the first place.

But outside of that it takes about 3 WORKING days for a bank backed debit card, about 5 working days for a credit card, and longer than that for a pre-paid debit card.

As we've just had a weekend followed by a bank holiday, then obviously those are NOT working days, so you need to bear that in mind too.

Will it be back before th sale ends? Nobody can tell you.

You get back what you paid and that's it if you allow the original refund to go through.

SO no you won't be paying double.

If you can go to the page and buy it, then do so.

So you will either already have the money back as I described or it's on it's way.
