With today's beta branch update to allow marking games "Private" has caused an issue.
If you showcased either or both Replays, don't mark a game private if it is included in your 2022 or 2023 Replay. It will break the showcase(s).

Read through the thread I linked for some workarounds to fix them.
Even though it was already on my profile (just saying "no data available") this helped, thx
the only way i found to recover my broken year in review, hope it works for you too
This fixed it for me. 2023 showcase was saying "no year in review data available". After clicking "Add profile showcase" it was fixed.
