They just send me an automated email message directing me to help.steampowered. I've been through all that and nothing works
Didn't look to hard then...
https://help.steampowered.com/en/ > My Account > Steam Gaurd > Contact Steam Support
"Contact steam support. Like I said before, I did that 3 times already. It's a wild goose chase.
Been all over help.steampowered, again, nothing is helping.

With any 2fa, make sure you are not locked out if anything goes wrong. Use all "backups" available.
This isn't the matrix, bud.
I just told you everything to click to open a support ticket. If you can't follow basic instructions then i can't help.
Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/ (Link at the top of the Steam client)
Find and click My Account https://imgur.com/a/BIANIzZ
Find and click Steam Gaurd https://imgur.com/a/rpGvYp5
Find and click Contact Steam Support https://imgur.com/a/zRW85d5
You will get this: https://imgur.com/a/Y3Ihu0H which will allow you to open a support ticket.
Steam Support will reply asking you for proof of ownership of the account and when you provide it they will remove the authenticator.
They have an email. support@steampowered. I've emailed them in the past back when they were actually helpful.
I think I've already tried this method, but I'll try again. Thanks.
Never said it was. Just a simple fact.
I've been through this process before, but if I must, I'll do it again.
It's not a fact just because you say it is.
No, it's a fact because that's how hackers are how hackers are.
