How to access Steamworks from Bangladesh as Steam is Blacklisted??

Hi,
Till now if you are a Bangladeshi citizen then you definitely should know that Steam is blacklisted from Bangladesh Bank and we can't use our cards to buy anything from Steam.

So my question is as we can't buy anything from Steam then how to pay fees of Steamwork to upload our games??

Let me know if any Bangladeshi publisher who publishes their game on Steam can help me.

You would need to use a different bank it sounds like.

Well in our entire country Steam is not restricted as our government found Steam as a betting site. Now i don't know what they eat actually but it is affecting us publishers very much.

Bangladesh Bank is our main bank and it restricted or banned Steam means in our entire country no matter which bank card you use we can't access Steam or Steamworks from our cards.

And this affected my 3 upcoming games that i planned for pc but now i need to release on mobile as Steamworks or Steam i can't purchase or pay for anything.

If anyone knows if there are any other card option for steam or if steam support virtual visa cards that i can buy from third party and use for steam purchase then do suggest me.

Note: Our country don't have Paypal and now no steam access from bank cards.

If your country has made it illegal for you to do business with Steam, I would guess that any attempt to circumvent those restrictions is also illegal. Perhaps you need to focus on other platforms instead of Steam rather than trying to break the law.
