Cant redeem my Arma Gold Edition Code

i bought the Arma X Anniversary Edition quite a while ago and decided to activate all of its 4 cd's on my steam account now
while 3 of the codes did work, the code for my arma gold edition does not
i am able to install the game via cd (with the exact same code), but i just cant redeem it on steam
any help?

it always tells me "invalid code" but it obviously is not

it was one box with 4 cd's in it, of which 3 keys worked
it would be weird if the 4th won't wouldn't it
thats why i do wonder
ill try it on my 2nd pc in a sec

Arma Gold isn't on that list, but other versions of Arma.

A common problem is also that some letters are easy misread like O "oh" for 0 "zero" ...have you tried all possibilities?

If that dose not work, i recommend trying to connect the publisher, at times they will help on cases like these, and may give you a Steam Key if you have an issue

yes i did try misread letters and like i said, i am able to install the game with its cd and the exact same key i tried on steam
and i was able to install versions of arma that are not listed in the thread you linked
i might have to contact the publisher like Black Blade said
but anyways, thanks for your help guys

If the game works on its own with that key, it suggests that it decidedly is not a Steam key.

Not really. You've got things like the Elder Scrolls Anthology, in which TES III, IV, and V are all on Steam whereas I&II are not.
