Are you sure all device drivers are fully up to date for all your hardware in that computer ?

i did get the upgrade over a new os but i have tryed to verify the cache and did not work but ill try again. thank you btw :)

Also, post some games that you are having this issue with in your next reply.
all of my drivers are up to date. do you think it has to do with the XNA file in some games? Because when i try to reoair the xna it says failed to register... :/

useally in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GAME\_CommonRedist but not always

Where did you get the drivers for all the hardware, including specifically the GPU and that are supported for Windows 10 ?

what do u mean by "compatability mode" and how do you ue it
-to get to command prompt (admin) right mouse click window symbol lower left corner and option shoud show up in the menu
DISM Tool
DISM tool can be used to repair the windows files which may be a possible cause of this issue. This will also help in resolving other issues which we found in the log file of SFC scan. Please use the steps below to run DISM tool.
Press Windows key + X.
Click Command prompt (admin).
Copy the following commands one by one and paste them in the Command Prompt Window:
a. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
b. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
2nd) thing to do if above dont fix it
if you still get the below message then follow the below instructions for the fix...

dism found corrupt store components and unable to repair finally fixed it!!!! 3-6-2016
1) Download windows media creation tool
2) in the bios disable secure boot (from option windows UEFI to option Other OS)
3) unplug all other hard drives
(ps.I got the 0x80073B92-0x20009 error when I had other drives pluged in)
4) Run windows media creation tool - this will reinstall windows 10
(choose the save user documents and aps option)
5) go to command promp (admin) and run "sfc /scan now" to verify corruption is gone.
6) in the bios enable secure boot (from option Other OS to option windows UEFI )
