There's no known hard limit, but don't test it.
You won't get "banned" or anything, only if you seem to be abusing the policy you may lose the ability to refund in the future.
Why, may I ask, are you refunding them ? Do they not run on your system ?
EDIT..If you want my opinion, someone that has played alot of games for almost but not over 2 hours and owned them less than 2 weeks and asks for a refund for all or most of them "maybe" would appear as abusing the system, but that is just my opinion here.
Well, recently I bought some of the games like Orion:Prelude, Primal Carnage, & Serious Sam 3:BFE, but all of the games have low framerate, even on the lowest settings, I've tried search google on how to fix it for a few days, but there's no luck.
Post your system specs, including the operating system and if you have 32 or 64 bit OS if you want help on that here.
Or, you could just refund them. If it is only a couple or a few games, then I personally would not worry about it too much.
Not meeting the requirements for games is a normal mistake and not abusing the policy to ask. But you should still keep in mind the policy, you see. Check the system requirements for games in the future more carefully, as you don't want to push your luck anymore than you are worried about in this case, you see. Hope that helps and good luck to you unless you need more help now, of course.
1) Consumer guarantees act - Game doesn't work or isn't compatible with your system, etc. This is perfectly fine, even if it's a collection. Normally you would only want to do an once off.
or
2) Refund abuse - Purchasing, playing for a bit and refunding. If you are abusing the refund system, then it can get taken away from you.
I just looked at your profile and unless youve done this before I wouldnt worry. You have a decent game collection with notable playtime in some so you wouldnt be considered to be abusing the service in my opinion.
Last time I just bought all games that is on sale because it's cheap, without checking the requirements first.
EDIT: When you say "Ive never refunded 3 games in a row before", Id have to ask when was the last time you refunded? And how many times total? I have never refunded a game so I may be speaking beyond my experience right now, though to me this isnt abusing the service.
So, okay, thanks for the tips dyvyde! I've requested the refunds, 2 of them is on process, 1 of them isn't. I'll update it more when the third game is on process too.
And I usually bought a physical copies, it's only on steam that I didn't, if you're asking about a physical copy refunds, I can't count it because I've been playing games since mid 2000s on several consoles.
