if i buy the adult game claire's quest from you i will be able to save my progress in the game or not?
i played it in another site but i wasnt able to save any progress i made thats why i am asking you

Probably not. You would need the save files from the other version and figure out where to place it on your pc. This is a bit complicated, but this is how it is mostly done with other games. You could look in the files on your pc after saving a game on the steam version, then place the other version from the other version you played, and place it in same place.

I think you misunderstood the OP, they want to know if it is possible to safe at all.
