This account has violated the Steam of Service Agreement

I don't have any clue why i did trigger this ban or what

I only remember i did buy dota 2 item from Dota 2 community market and one of friend ask me to give him a some steam card also one csgo box there all i done after i getting this ban my friend list do have "Community Assistance" some of "Marvin" steam staff or steam support came out
saying my account has "There have been suspicious activities on your account, you need to file an appeal in order to continue using your account"

after that i done what he saying Marvin say "I see that you have done everything correctly according to the instructions. You have nothing to worry about. Please wait for 48 hours and your account will be restored to its previous state"

I want to ask why my account getting violated steam of service agreement


but Marvin say "All suspicious activities with your account are being blocked for further investigation. We will figure out what exactly happened, and your account is safe. In the future,"

so i had no clue at all so my 11 year old account is done ?

May i ask This kind of issue can be unban or what ?

5. Revoke the API key at https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be NOTHING in the APIKEY)

Because somebody else has access to your account and has edited those in. Follow the steps posted to stop them being able to do that.

its a classic scam only way any from steam will talk to you is their own ticket system

Because you gave the scammer access to your account and they put the message on your account, the one in your friends list who claims to be "Community Assistance". Note: I have reported the profile.

Secondly read what it says on the image you posted which i have copied here:

"The text in the box is information you asked to be displayed on your profile".

(Note that text box is information YOU and only YOU type).

secure your account so the scammer dont do anyting more stupid with your account but i bet you think this is real.

and if you look at his profile he is even friends with this so called Community Assistance and one more thing you should know every steam/valve employees have a steam/valve bage to there name

i'm stuck at step 5 i press the link and go in there there do have some domain and "localhost" and some number stuff and i press the revoke the api key it's ask me to register new steam web api key

Do not register a new key.

Just leave it empty. You don't need an API key.

Report, unfriend and block the "Community Assistance".

If you cleared the api key and followed ALL the steps your account is secure. Please note: The scammer "Community Assistance" created the api key.

Note: Register a new steam web api key is the default setting that you do not need to use.

Report, block then unfriend the "Community Assistant" friend you have.
