It seem to be a bug with one of the updates was posted many times all ready
You can also try to refresh steam files and see if that works for you:

Someone told me that reporting the client help with his problem, these is abut the same thing so i think it may help
but please do replay if it help or not
It seems the problem has been fixed at least for me. Now that I have logged into my account the videos on the Store page are working (for now). I haven't done anything so it must be Steam's fix.
