I'm also having this problem. I even tried the Flash installer on Steam.com (http://store.steampowered.com/gotflash) to no avail. Can't view videos in the Store, nor in any of the Community video pages or Friends feed.

For me it says this: You will need to Install the latest Flash plugin to view this page properly.

Ive tryed everything I can think of from uninstalling steam , flashplayer ect., nothing seems to work. I'll guess we have to contact steam or submit a ticket ???

People, you have to install "Flash player for other browsers". Not Flash player for IE. The Adobe page offers both.

Is there any reason you don't want to search the support database before you contact the support? Just lazyness?

Actualy no not Lazy but you would think that the link to the upgraded flash player would take you to the right one, download not the one for ie.

Or maybe some of us, including me, have already tried this. No need to get all cheeky about it, especially if you can't read.

The link does exactly that. It redirects you to the "Flash for other browsers" download.

Yes reboot but it does not work I just tryed it the link lets you download but after insatlling it still says the flash player is not the one you need and clicking on the video still shows the message that the flash player is not upgraded even though it is the current one .

Not updated? Please make a screenshot of that message, I've never seen that.
