Support about as useful as a chocolate fireguard!
I have submitted a support ticket almost a week ago now because STEAM wont let me add funds with MY credit card or paypal. paypal is fine, funds there, credit card is fine, funds there, used them both to purchase other things recently. yet you wont let me use either to add wallet funds ? To protect the account holder? I am the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ account holder! sort your support out, a ticket almost a week old and i'm missing sales because your too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lazy to answer a billing support ticket.

It happens one time, when you buy more then usual, and if you were to lose your account as a new user and a "Hacker" will have spend all your cash these may have seen some what more useful
I know the feeling it happen to me at the winter sale few years back

Yeh, but the 'hacker' would have to know the security code for my credit card or the login details for my paypal so, eh its just dumb, anyhow funny how they have finally replied to my support ticket now that i've posted this.

Funny and not related, any way some have there cards or/and paypal set for one click so they do not need all the info at that time and so on
