It likely got popped for advertising, steam usernames aren't allowed to advertise.

Advertisements in names became actionable a few years back. Links and twitch calls generally fall under that. If you want to contest the suspension, do as Hotsauce recommended.

Any kind of commercial advertising is against the rules, and Twitch is a platform that pays content creators and is therefore commercial advertising.

If someone wants to find you then you don't need the TTV part in your name, just use a name that's obviously unique and if someone searches it they'll find you. Besdies, using TTV in your name is a detriment to your teammates in games like CSGO where the enemy can stream snipe you.
