Same goes for all anti-cheats. Your account security is YOUR responsibility.
No harm in trying, but manage those expectations.
If all we'd need to do is
1. Mask IP, Change email address, language and anything else
2. Cheat
3. Unmask IP, Change email address, language and anything else back
4. Claim account was hijacked (not hacked.)
5. Then claim Cheating occurred while account was compromised using all the above as proof
6. Get unbanned
Any cheater could repeat steps 1 - 6 every time they want to cheat without any consequences.
Literally every game service and their anti-cheats have the same zero tolerance policy...
"Your account security is YOUR responsibility."
It wasn't Steam's fault and the ban is permanent.
But be aware they have evidence. Mistakes are VERY rare, so if they say no you have to live with it.
