You, as you said, normally open up this separate browser window with tabs by middleclicking a link.
It's part of the new system, new update, new steam client, which means... we have very little information. No one as of yet knows if there is a command to open this browser window.
It is essentially chrome, much like the rest of Steam though.
The command that executes this window is:
The command (especially with the long number I removed which maybe unique to your system, idk what that code represents so I removed it for safety reasons) doesn't fit in "Run"
you need to use a batch file to run it.
I asked Google bard something, and it told me that using this steam://open/browser will launch a separate instance. But it didn't and it created a log file on my desktop. Idk what gpu rendering thing is that. I tried putting in a number but the same error still goes on.

Now please... This can be useful because the Steam desktop program can't edit URLs and doesn't have a new tab or just like a browser functions... Does anyone know how yet?
