My steam is stuck to the taskbar

It won't maximize and expand it opens and if the game is installed It will open. But I can't interact with the Steam client. I tried all forms of ways of opening the file, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting, administrator, troubleshooting if anyone could please lead me to what I could do to fix this please let me know.

Im having the same issue. It will open if I click on big picture mode but if I click on exit big picture mode the normal window is minimized at the taskbar. alt tab lets me see the window but when i click on it to open a window in my monitor nothing happens.

it happened to me today.. I closed the app, but it minimize to taskbar. cant open it from taskbar.. even alt+tab its not showing there is steam opened.

tried to open the app from shortcut, it opens the steam app. and close it. then its gone from taskbar.

There's a thread here with the same issue.
They were able to resolve it, so maybe there's a solution in there.
