Help with special profile

So I bought like half a year ago a few special profiles and for a reason when I use them now, steam doesnt show me the special profile pic any suggestions? thanks in advance

Sometimes you just have to select the special profile pic separately after you choose the special profile that you want to use.

Yes I know that, but the thing is that when I select the special profile and then go to avatar my special profile pics doesnt show up so I cant select it

Which picture is it?

Are you sure it's not one of those limited time use ones like the avatar frames?

It is Craneo de fuego, Graveyard Smash and mirror, mirror, those 3 profiles Im having this problem with, I dont think they are limited use ones cause the graveyard smash I havent used to this day

In that case, have you considered sending in a support ticket about the matter?

I did, but they have been completely useless giving me information about things I didnt ask, They insist they cant refund the points I spend in the items, but I keep telling them Im not asking for a refund I want help to use the items I spend my points in, its frustrating

Note that when you send a support ticket the first repsonse is a bot as this is a filter system.

YOu respond to THAT ticket and give them more info then that is then seen by a human. The point is to stick with it.

Yes Im aware of that, Ive replied to the support like 2 or 3 times, still on it tho, waiting for a fix or something, thanks for the advice anyways!

No problem. Steam can be a bit weird if you ain't used to it.

And if you get stuck again by all means ask here.

So steam just fixed my problem, for a reason they had to ask a worker in another language or something like that, but the thing is that the platform is having a persistent bug between the animated avatars and the family mode when the account is sharing to a family member, in this case Im sharing, so I hope this helps everyone who is having the same trouble, restart steam, turn off the family mode and check, that should fix the bug
