What are the best settings for Elden Ring with my rig in order to increase FPS?

Power supply: Evga 1000 watts

When I normally run Elden Ring, it always gives me less than 30 fps in game. On the title screen however, the fps reaches like 100+ fps.

At what resolution? Because with that system you should not have any problems running the game at constant 60 FPS+ at max settings in 1440p or even 4k.

I get 60 FPS in 1440p with a Ryzen 2600x and a RTX 2080 so you should have zero problems.

Are you sure your monitor is connected to the videocard and not the iGPU of the CPU?

Aside from the helpful question posted by the good Ogami, game performance can sometimes be negatively affected by software, even with a beast of a rig like what you have.
