[TIPS] internet issues ? here all tips to solve it. (Windows only)

this guide for who don't know, if you know then you know :araara:

-> [commands way]
1- open 'cmd' with administrator.
2- type 'ipconfig /release' and press enter.
3.1- type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and press enter.
3.2- The user has now flushed the DNS Cache and will receive a message that they have successfully done so let continue to next.
4- type 'ipconfig /renew' and press enter, this step might take a several minutes so wait without exit.
5- after renew finished type 'netsh int ip reset' and press enter 'if it says to restart pc/lap so don't.
6- the last to do, press 'netsh winsock reset' and press enter.
[Then type 'exit' and restart pc/lap]

* [important to know]
1- try to disable temporarily updates.
2- close any program and apps that aren't using.
3- skip wi-fi connection, better use an ethernet cord.
4- always select a game server closet to you, vpn doesn't make it closer.
5- adjustment your frame rate 'optimize your game’s settings'.
6- if all step in up doesn't make any change then update your router or contact telecom because it was a technical issue.

Problem here its ways is outdate, many have own router that give them ip adr. privat network scope range, so all them advice is change, point is it should not change anything you do to own network, im sure you dont block own ip adr, or other unit has take same ip adr, sure chance this happend can be there but thats rare more a user own mistake.

1 "- try to disable temporarily updates." this is also part of the problem with the world today, things dont work like that anymore, the old ways with dont fix it if it aient broken. is dead and gone, you forgot all the i did not update and cause havok to myself because you did not update it.

4 steam dont allow VPN according to EULA

This is not a critic, this is a problem then things go bad, and i can tell you, if ISP can use laptop and it work then you are busted, this is seen as you have own PC issue , and that not a ISP problem you have own hardware issue. and why spare pc or friend laptop you know work at hes connection can be seen as better proof then it work at your connection or NOT both senarios help a little bit. do i need to contact own ISP or fix my own pc issue.

problem with network has change ipv6, and other issue intop of this, even browser jump distance has limitation today, things is not so easy to ID.

ohh another thing nothing wrong with privat IT-Company use VPN as Solutions, but that not same then you start steam with it.

i and other here are user only here, we can only tell you this OP nothing wrong with it but things has change. in how to faulth find on it we are past modem age with public ip-adr.

ohhh and rule is if your ISP use ipv6 then you need it also.
