Its english. Like store too.
If you locally use other words, your kids will use them. And they understand that button.
No I'm saying your claim is silly not the language.
And the sppeling isn't wrong. It's correct for America. You understand it so it's a bit of a moot point. It's not that Valve invented the langauge so I'm not sure why you're singling them out as being culprits when the whole internet has always been like this.
