I have been reimbursed for a product at HRKGAMES and I would like to know how long is the day for them to refund the money, 1 day has passed and I still have not received it on my card

That site is nothing to do with Steam so you are better off asking them directly. If the refund has been processed then it will likely take a few working days regardless.

HRK games is a key reseller site. You should wait at least 3 days if they have said a refund is processing. I've never used them myself.

It's also worth noting yesterday was a Sunday and not a business day.

Usually, yes. You may see it on Monday, even.

I think that the refund will not arrive today, I hope it will be within the week, it seems strange to me that a refund takes so long knowing that other refunds are made on other pages such as AliExpress, etc. The refund does not last more than a day, I am afraid that my money will remain in nowhere :(
