STOLEN ACCOUNT HELP - recovered now.

Hello, my account was stolen but it is recovered now. BUT, person that stolen my account unlocked every achievement by a third party software and I want to recover it to its original state. Is there any way to do it ? It lowers down my trust factor in cs:go and it looks pretty bad overall.

Mobile authentificator and number was removed by russian support, then sold to china. My password was secure enough though. Don't know how it's even possible.

You can use Steam Achievement Manager to remove achievements and reset some stats, from what I heard. Google that. You cannot however undo changes.
Its possible 3rd party websites are tracking your stats; those will know you unlocked those achievements despite locking them with SAM and such. Its a complex situation you have gotten yourself into.

Also, from the sound of it, expect a VAC or game ban in the near future. Those type of bans are applied with an unspecified delay.

It's likely the account thief not only tampered with the achievements, but may have used cheats as well.

In the event of a VAC or game ban, it will be permanent and cannot be removed, for the reason Cathulhu already stated.
