Ho provato l’acquisto di dark soul III, con pagamento postepay purtroppo mi sono stati detratti i soldi, ma nella libreria non risulta il gioco in questione, qualcuno saprebbe dirmi se sono la sola a cui è successo? Consigli?

I bought dark soul 3 in attempt there was a transaction error, they took away the money of purchased without having the game inside the library?
Does anyone know anything? Why? And what will happen now?

yall are a sorry company i cant play the game assetto corsa on my pc and yall wount give me a refund becouse i was on the game 2 hours i was trying to down load the content manager and could not play anything but practis

If it is a debit transaction: Just wait it out for a moment, and if it doesn't do anything, Contact Steam Support and tell them your transaction ID, (see your bank account) and the time the money was transfered away from your account.
After that, you'll get the game suddenly in your library and Steam Support will tell you its all good. (they need to investigate if the purchase went wrong, where the purchase went wrong and why)

Its possible the purchase went correctly as it should and the servers couldn't tell.

If it is a creditcard transaction: Same thing, contact Steam Support. Do not do cash back until Steam Support gives the OK, otherwise your account will be locked due to suspicious activity.

There are no "debit" transactions on Steam. That would require PIN entry. All debit cards are run as credit cards.

Then it was an authorization hold, the purchase didn't go through, and it will drop off in whatever time your bank policy is.

tell them what the problem is. be nice and patient. you may not get a refund, but it will be looked at by a person

Debit Transaction means a Transaction where payment is made by debiting funds in an account which is authorised for access by the Cardholder’s Nominated Card.

Direct bank transactions basically where the payment was authorized using your pin.
And Steam has those, at least with european payment options. Its actually the most common form of payment over here.

No they don't run as credit cards. There is no credit taken, no debt made, no promise of funds. Its instantly reducted from your account.
It also doesn't work by using bails either, which is also common with credit transactions. (first they make you in debt the maximum possible from a transaction to prevent stealing, then they return everything except the actual cost of something only after you completed the transaction agreement / bought the product.)
