[HELP] Novaplay debited money from my bank account and I didn't receive the game
Steam says the following :

As per checking, the transaction actually failed and I've confirmed we have not received payment for this transaction.

Support for this payment method is handled by NovaPlay. If you are seeing a charge for this purchase or if you want more information in general, please contact NovaPlay directly.

NOTE: Depending on the payment method used, transactions processed by NovaPlay can take up to 5 business days to complete. Once we receive payment confirmation, your order will be automatically added to your Steam Account.

What do you think I should do ? I have written a ticket Novaplay but I don't have the product reference Id so don't know ho bright this window looks.

My money's been gone for 2 weeks now. Have mailed the novaplay support as well. No reply yet.

What should you do? As the message you posted says CLEARLY - Contact Novapay. Only they have the data to be able to tell you what happened.
