7 days to die sent me no steam key

i bought 7 days to die in 7daystodie.com and they sent me a mail telling me supposedly my steam key number but where it says
your steam key is :
it is blank and i bought it on 2 accounts one for me and another for my friend and i just can not submit a wheres my key bro ticket and i dont know what to do now , please help
im new at gaming in pc

this is the email they sent me and well it doesnt have anything man and well it has benn like around 6 days now and when i got to lost key it tells me to be patient that they will email it to me when it is ready but i mean it has taking a bit too much

All I can suggest is you post in the game's forum or go to that website and get help from them there. Tell them to give you your key, unless it somehow is on the other account you mentioned in your title, as I am personally not sure what you meant there.

Are you saying you purchased TWO game keys and the other account got their key or is the other account yours ?

Can you explain better, please ?

EDIT..Why did you not just by the game on Steam ?

yes i bought the game in two different accounts thus meaning two times and neither of the times it gave me a steam key but i didnt pay attention until after i made my steam account and did everything else i was like huh ? what key there is none, so yeah i was like ooh dang
but yeah they are different accounts cause i didnt know if you could gameshare lke ps

That is the developer website so if they did not give you a key and you gave them money that they have now and it is not on hold or blocked for some reason by your bank or payment method/provider, then I would say you would have to take that up with that website.

I would make a thread in the game forum and ask there if this was me. The developers often post there so if anyone would know and be able to help you quickly, it would be them I would say.

You don't have to have 2 Steam accounts, by the way, unless you just want two.

It seems that forum is set to only allow people who own the Steam Version of the game to post at all. Which is pretty lame, if that's the case..

but i just checked (i don't own 7 Days to Die), and i can't post there either.

Oh I am really sorry. As far as I know, some game forums may not let you post if you don't own the game. I could be wrong on that, but in any case please forgive me for sending you to a place where you cannot post.

One more option here is to communicate with me on my profile if you want and I will make a thread there for you. I own the game on Steam already so I would be happy to try to help you if I can and make up for my mistake.

You can click on my avatar here and go to my profile and write in my comments below and we can communicate that way. You just have to have the same thing enabled on your profile so I can talk to you there also.
