7 days to die sent me no steam key

i bought 7 days to die in 7daystodie.com and they sent me a mail telling me supposedly my steam key number but where it says
your steam key is :
it is blank and i bought it on 2 accounts one for me and another for my friend and i just can not submit a wheres my key bro ticket and i dont know what to do now , please help
im new at gaming in pc

Normally it should work just like here. Its possible that the developers have restricted the forum to people who own the game. In that case go to the page you bought the game on and go to the forum section there.

Scroll down to just below my "recently played games". You will see an empty box and my comments are open to the public so you should be able to post there. Make sure I can do the same on your profile because I cannot message you any other way.

But what about the suggestion above by the good Ogami ? Posting on the 7DTD website is probably a better option and faster for you to get help.

i am also trying that but now it doesnt let me sinc my steam account to the forum account and it is a mess cause gotta be linked on both or something like that
