And you are sure you are downloading the proper one for your OS, then ? (32 or 64 bit Windows 7)

Sorry to ask, but just wanting to confirm.

Only thing I can suggest here is to boot into safe mode and remove all Logitech software/drivers using a third party tool for uninstalling drivers that is trusted to use and then reboot into normal Windows and try to install and update everything again.

Well its windows automatic update. And I have a 64 bit computer. So I don't think I downloaded the wrong one if windows is doing it itself. And its fine.

Sorry but I don't understand. Are you saying you are letting Windows download drivers for that mouse. That is what I was personally recommending against earlier. I never let Windows install my drivers, as I always do that from the manufacturer's website, in this case Logitech (the one you have linked)

I suggest you consider that here. Uninstall everything as suggested above in safe mode after downloading the software manually from the site, reboot into normal Windows, and reinstall it manually. Don't let Windows do anything with the updates to the mouse and see if that helps.

Alright I will try that. And no thats not I was saying. Like windows update, it updates by itself and I cancel it cuz it annoys me. I'll try downloading a driver or something on their website.

You should be able to change your Windows update settings to stop it from doing that when you reboot from safe mode. Set that up first, I would say.

Let us know how it goes. Good luck.
