Please, calm down. The issue is on your end and we just need to work together to fix it. If you are going to be a PC gamer, then you have to learn to troubleshoot small issues like this when they come up.

I've read the post for many times and used ethernet only like suggested with the same result
and sorry for i've expressed but before posting i've spent one day to try to solve my problem testing every solution suggested

Try to follow along with our suggestions here. I asked you if you looked at the support pages that were given by the other users on the previous page. There were at least 3 or 4 that you don't seem to make mention of here.

So far we know almost nothing about your system there. Post some PC information...

Have you changed to a different operating system there lately by chance, such as an upgrade to Windows 10 for example only ?

What is your operating system in any case ? Have you made sure all device drivers are fully up to date and Windows itself ?

i don't know what has happened or who has done something but it's a miracle, i have stopped any manipulation and now... it works i have to download all my games and i've done nothing

I see you have Windows 10. So was that a fresh install of that OS or did you upgrade to that OS from a previous OS. That is all in French, by the way. There is a French forum if that would be better for you.
