please help. ive created a new account and brought a game on it. everytime i press on "add friends" it says my account does not meet the requirements.

Your friends can send you a friend request which you can accept if they have unlimited accounts.

It doesn't matter even if there was live chat Support. It's a restriction and you are not going to lift it without doing one of the two things posted in Post #1. As I've pointed out, your friends can send you a friend request if their accounts are unlimited.

As the good Nightenhelser said above, buying/selling/transferring accounts in any way is a violation of your agreement with Valve, the SSA.

Accounts are sold often when they have already been damaged in some way that you don't yet know about....for example ONLY, a delayed VAC ban that has yet to show up on the account that you bought.
