Can't Play ANY Multiplayer Games At All!
When I try to play any mp game i.e. MW3 it tells me to check the server status on their site, when I try Sniper Elite V2 It just says that i cannot connect, when I try CS GO it just says failed to connect to match, when I try GameRanger for Star Wars BattleFront 2 It just says that I got a firewall problem etc.... This is happening for the past 1 and a 1/2 year after I moved out of my dad's place! HELP!

EDIT:- I'm Running Windows 7 64-bit, Wireless Ralink Card, FireWall is off when I tested the games and I have TP-Link router with DD-WRT software and SPI FireWall Off

This is my personal account and Family sharing is on for my second account. Also my ping is 50

You most likely have a network problem with your home setup. I'd start there
I repaired NET framework using the installer, but when i was looking in the router settings i noticed that Block Anonymus WAN requests (Ping) is on... is that the issue?

That was a troll post and you can ignore that.

You don't have to redownload all your games if you do have to uninstall Steam or reformat. Just so you know in the future. You just copy and back up the entire steamapps folder. When you are ready and have Steam installed again, you move that steamapps folder back to the Steam folder and that is it. No need to redownload games.

EDIT..Also, the first step to troublshoot connectivity issues with Steam is to bypass ALL wireless connections (routers) and use ethernet directly from the modem to the computer only.

Did you check your ports and see if they were open?
Yes I have the EXACT ports required open EVERYWHERE! On Windows Firewall and on the router!
