UBISOFT account wrong email
How do I fix this problem. The email address that Steam keeps sending the activation code to the incorrect email address. Ubisoft is worthless. How do I fix this issue so that I can play the game I purchased? Steam doesn't seem to have a customer service number. Can I just NEVER play the game i bought or any ubisoft game since Steam has the wrong email address linked?

Are you not able to change your email address in your account details? If you just linked the wrong Steam account with UPlay, you can follow the guide below:
To unlink a console, Facebook, or Steam from your Ubisoft Account, simply visit the Account Management section of the Uplay website: https://account-uplay.ubi.com
Navigate to the Account Information tab, and you will see Linked Accounts at the bottom of the page. Next, click the Unlink button under the platform you wish to unlink from your Ubisoft Account.
I already unlinked my Steam account to my Ubisoft account, but when I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to launch it, Steam said that they sent the activation code to the same wrong email address. Ubisoft keeps telling me I have confirm my account with the email, but the wrong email was put in, so there is no way I can do that. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am at a loss, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, Steam even refunded me the game and I repurchased it after I uninstalled the first one and it still is trying to send the activation code to the wrong email address.
I dealt with Ubisoft Support once. They were great. I had a similar problem where I had to change my Ubisoft email but didn't have access to the old one. All I did was show receipt and keys of some games I had bought.

It seems to be a Steam issue if you're saying Steam is sending the activation code to the wrong email address. Doesn't Steam just send the codes to whatever email address you have linked to your Steam account in account details?
No, Steam had me create a ubisoft account (which was made with the wrong email) then ubisoft is trying to send me an activation code, but I can't get it because the email is invalid. So, I made the correct ubisoft account, I just need Steam to link the proper ubisoft account to my steam account so that I can get my game activated. ubisoft won't be an issue, my question is how do I get Steam to prompt me to log in to the proper ubisoft account?
Contact steam support. Click on games, click on troubleshooting the game you are having specific issues with, and tell them the about the situation. It may take a week or 2 or longer to contact you.

https://help.steampowered.com/en/

NOTE: They may make you go to ubisoft support, so be ready for that.

Steam Support will only issue you a refund if you ask them for help. You can try to change the email on that Ubisoft account. First login to UPlay without launching via Steam so it doesn't interfere. Then try and link a different Steam account to that Ubisoft account.

OP says they made 2 email accounts, and the ubisoft game is connected with the wrong one. Chaging their email will only change it on the second email they used.

That is part of their problem. If they remeber their wrong email..they maybe able to deactivate that account via ubisoft and that would partially fix the issue. Not sure if the game would go over to their 2nd email account, but if they chatted with ubisoft support and steam support, it could help.

That may work. It might overwrite their wrong email account though, but then again, it could work. OP should really try this method.

Steam does not know what email you have on uplay.

You are supposed to NOT unlink your steam account from uplay.

You buy a game on steam, start it with steam, it starts uplay and you get asked if you want to add the game to that account.

Have a current uplay version installed.

I got everything squared away, and now Steam and ubisoft are linked correctly, but when I tried to launch the game, it says it needs an activation code, were do I find that? I never got one. Do I get that from Steam or Ubisoft. The email listed is the correct one. Is the activation code on my purchase confirmation from Steam?
Have you installed the uplay client from the ubisoft site?
