(prison architect) My canteen is flashing yellow and saying INSECURE and not letting prisoners eat in it

Are you running any mods in your prison (looks like someone moved this thread to the PA forum)?

Normally, "insecure" means your prison is not totally sealed, there have some way could allow inmates run away. Check the road for inmates between cells to canteen, also, if you'd sat some doors at "always open" condition, change them back to normal.

You can see where are your insecure areas by check the "deployment menu", check the insecure area again and fix it up until "insecure" gone. If need more help, press F12 for screenshot, then paste the link here.
