Virtual cards are pretty much worthless anyway. No big loss on either end.
I agree, but perhaps it wouldn't be so bad to reduce/drop a few cooldowns if one has the mobile authenticator already enabled for some time.
It's the kind of incentive that could push more and more people to look into it.

also you could have just searched for the million other threads that was made about this already
well i think that my mobile authentication, old password authentication and old gmail authentication is good enough.
That shows clearly, that the added security is total useless. We all are not able to make foolproof systems. And it angers the intelligent customers, because Valve thinks they are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, too.
Maybe an intelligence test as entrance exam for allowing to disable the added security would make more sense. I have no problem with that.
