Trade Hold
I already have steam mobile authenticator last March 2016, but yesterday i decided to factory reset my phone, after reseting my phone I install steam app and log-in and i will confirm some trade offers its says that I am log-in to new device. Is there a way to remove that trade hold since I already used steam mobile authenticator last March? Is there a verification that i already used steam mobile authenticator last march? Thank you for suggestions and answers.

It is a normal trading and market restriction with new devices or devices on which you reset the restriction on, as you said you did with your phone.

Newly Authorized Device

If you are logging onto Steam from a device that has not been Steam Guarded for 7 days you will not be able to trade or use the Community Market from this device for 7 days. Any other devices that have already been authorized for 7 days will still be able to trade and use the Community Market.

Actions such as clearing your web browser cookies, using a new web browser, reinstalling Steam, and reformatting your computer will trigger this restriction.

If you have had a Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on your account for at least 7 days, there will be no trading or Market restrictions for using new devices/computers.

How about this? Can you explain further? Thanks for comment.

It really should say "7 straight days" but I guess they figure that is supposed to be understood because you have "reset" or logged in using a new device. And therefore, it has not yet been 7 straight days.

If you turn it off at 6 days 23 hours and 59 seconds, the time starts all over again. Does that answer your question ?

For me it says that if i have Steam Guard mobile authenticator for at least 7 days on my account (steam), If I use any devices or new devices no more trade or market restrictions. Meaning I will be able to trade even if I use New device. Is that right?

Not sure if I understand you correctly here but you said in the title that you reset your phone...

So you have not had the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled on your account for 7 days yet, right ?

AFTER that 7 days, yes, there should be...

As long as you don't do anything else listed there on that page to further restrict your access to the market, of course.

You reset your phone. Steam sees it as a "new device" to help to protect your account and items.

You are welcome and I truly hope that helped you. It can be a bit confusing..all these restrictions and how you can trigger them. That page I linked to you can help you avoid those or at least be prepared for them in the future.

Good luck to you always.

No.

You need to have it turned on and have had it turned on for the PAST 7 days (not just *ANY* seven days) on that device.

So today... you would have needed to have had it turned on from the 19th May -> 26th May.
That's True:steamsalty:
