Steam Fatal Error: failed to load steamui.dll Windows 10!!!!

Can anyone out there please help me?!?! Steam support is trash. Geek Squad bailed on me after taking cntrl of my comp for hrs, so now i rely on you the community!! I haven't even beat DKS 3 :( I would appreciate it so much if anyone can help me. The problem started after a regular update ever since then i haven't been able to launch steam even after uninstalling.

This comes up from time-to-time with some users. SThis one is widely popular. I pulled it from this thread:

Nah geek squad even disabled my firewall and it still didnt open thx though

didn't work for me D: i typed it under target: but wouldnt let me type it under the start in: none the less it still wouldnt open thank you though i appreciate the reply. This has become a complicated pain. ive tried other methods and i just cant figure it out
