Can I use PayMaya to add funds to my steam wallet?

Hi Guys! I just recently got my Paymaya account. I have activated it but havent put any funds in it. I tried connecting it to my Steam account, but I get this error:

"Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company.

Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a 'hold' on funds in your account, but you will not be charged. After correcting any errors in the information displayed below, please try your purchase again."

Please help me ASAP.

- do I need to add funds in my Paymaya account first? This is my first time using Paymaya, but not the first time to add steam wallet funds onto my account. I topped up my account with multiple purchases of 500 steam wallet codes already.

Just need help connecting my Paymaya account. Im certain its Mastercard and not VISA.

Do I have to wait for a few days for newly activated Paymaya accounts? Do I have to transfer funds to my Paymaya account first before connecting it to Steam?

funy ! YES you need to load up your paymaya ! because its a DEBIT Card not Credit Card ! how can you buy steam wallet if your paymaya is zero balance ! and also you cannot link your Paymaya card if its zero balance because you need at least 40PHP/1$ to link your account and will be deducted to your card but will be return after 2-3 week.

1st Load your Paymaya Card
2nd Link your Paymaya Card to Steam

(note: some of paymaya account not Link easy, You must be patient.
in my case i takes 2 week to link my account and i also need to ask Steam Support to help me with it, some get easy to link there account in one day )

3rd Add funds /buy steam wallet.

there's a restriction for a new account to load up atleast 5 dollars. it is counted I used paymaya and buy dota2 items? or I need to load up using load central to count the 5 dollars?

YES!

1st, download the PayMaya app in google playstore. After the download, register with your legit info. Then register to PayMaya Virtual Card(VISA ata un), fill up the need infos there.Voila!
After that, load up your PayMaya account thru 7eleven or Robinsons Business Center(usually inside the dept store).

hi guys i recently bought 500 load to paymaya and i already redeemed my 400 to my steam. Question is how can i redeem my 100 balance in my paymaya account? because steam only credits 200 and 400 load to steam wallet codes. It ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. -_-

I'm having the same problem as Sikwati's. This time i have 500 pesos in my PayMaya account, but I can't even get a 200 pesos Steam Wallet with that error. I tried to purchase on their very own Shop. It turns out I also can't buy a 10 pesos load...

edit: Is there a way to withdraw my money to cash from my PayMaya account?

I suggest you don't buy/load Steam Wallet. Steam Wallet is for those who don't have a debit card. Since PayMaya's virtual card is a debit card, there's no point of filling your Steam Wallet anymore.

Thus, when you're buying a game and have enough money on your PayMaya account, immediately buy and checkout the game. Steam will tell you that you have insufficient Steam Wallet funds and will ask if you want to fill the remaining amount needed with your chosen payment method in order to purchase the game.

With that, you're able to buy anything at a particular price.

Holy shìt nevermind that. I e-mailed on their support and PMed on their FB page regarding my issue and got no replies for two days. I then publicly asked on their FB page the same question with an addition of saying that their customer service is not replying at all. Guess what? They immediately replied in less than 10 minutes!

So they finally checked my PM
