Not just any computer can cleanly run just any OS. Drivers must exist and be available, and I only suggest getting them from the official manufacturer's webpage of the hardware/computer and NOT from Windows update unless you have no other choice.

Main Board : MSI
CPU : AMD 6100 6core FX 14MB Cash
HDD : 3TB
All of My Drivers Updated, THis Problem starts when the windows 10 updated

MSI makes lots of boards. We are requesting your EXACT model of motherboard OR the exact model of the laptop. That is what I asked you for before, please.
Also, your screenshot shows Steam in your running processes on that computer. If you would, expand that entire list and post a screenshot or (or multiple shots if too many for one shot) of ALL the running processes on that computer.
It could be that software is conflicting with Steam on your computer.

Also, where have you updated the drivers from ? If you have simply used Windows Update , that may not be good enough. That is why I suggested the official webpage of the manufacturer above for drivers.
What is your antivirus program on that computer ?
