Family view PIN not working!!

i read up some sollutions, and theres only ones that reccomend going to support, but i don't know how! in the support section if you go to family view it requires the pin to go into it!!

But strangely, my pin DID work to go into the community tab, What is this!?

yeah, it's working in some places but not in others for me as well. Steam client works, community on chrome works, but not the store on chrome?

I've noticed this a LOT today via web browser (firefox), and i think at one point even on steam client's browser (not steam client itself). Is something majorly messing up on the site?

Freakin' hell it's still not working. At least let me disable it from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Steam Client I need to do something but getting blocked by MY OWN PIN THAT I KNOW IS WORKING!

Same thing, tried logging in and out and wouldn't work. Probably maintenance is screwing up something, be patient.

Hey guys,

I've just created a bug report on this issue in the correct section.
As I haven't had the chance yet to test the issue using the client or any other browsers than Chrome, I couldn't tell which browsers / clients are affected by this. If you could add your experiences with different browsers / clients to this thread, that would be helpful:

That's happening from time to time, usually refreshing the page fixes the issue.

Sorry for bumping this thread, but you'd think the issue would be fixed by now.

Couldn't login to steam in chrome, but worked fine on firefox and the client. I changed the password and am able to login on chrome now too, but the damn family view PIN is now not working. Works fine in firefox and the client, but not chrome. Tried clearing cache and cookies, but no success.

You just lost a sale because my family pin didn’t work. I entered it correctly. Mobile chrome and safari, iOS. Going to buy on a different platform.
