Yo guys, I have this weird problem. I'm here to tell you guys what my problem is and I hope that there will be an answer soon!

Ok so, I have been playing kickback for quite a while now. Now the problem is, is that whenever I try to buy an item, it keep saying that I need to add my trade URL. That is no problem for me, but it apparently is for steam / the site itself.

Now, whenever I try to put that url inside the box, where I have to put the URL Trade in, it gives an error, saying the {LINK REMOVED}following:http://i.imgur.com/TuKmVkY.png ( if you're afraid to open the link, it says ( in red )): THAT ACCOUNT HAS ESCROW SERVICE ENABLED FOR 15 DAYS! So what they try to say, is that I need to have steam mobile authenicator. Now the big, questionable problem is, is that I do have a steam mobile authenicator on this account! Anyone has an idea how to help me XD?

Extra information:
- I currently have an active trade, but it's being "holded for 15 days". This is a trade which I can obviously cancel, so if I need to cancel that, please tell me

That site/game has an issue with trading, youd need to ask on their site what the problem is

You need to wait 7 days after activating steam guard.to disable holds

Should I try to cancel my trade aswell, or is the 7 days the "only way out"

there is nothing you can do let it be on hold and wait 7 days so your new trades wont do holds but dont forget if someone send u trade offer who dont have mobile authentication it will still hold,

Look, I just asked my brother, who has steam mobile authenicator, to send me a trade request. I accepted it and I got the new item that I was getting. So there is actually a problem with the site, right? Can you guys please help me I am so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ confused

That trial actually proves nothing.

In one-way trades, only the person sending out items has to have met the requirements.

Try sending something FROM YOUR inventory TO YOUR BROTHER'S inventory and see if you get the yellow box on the top of the trading window.

I need help as Ive waited the 15 days for my market items to get out of hold as it said "Hold Until Jul 18th" and guess what? its JULY 18TH!! like, steam, you had one job, . . . ONE JOB!!!

It has to be 15 full days, down to the last minute. So 14 days, 23 hours, and 59 minutes don't count. 15 full days from the time the restriction was triggered/applied on your account.
