Windows 10 "reset" deleted all of my games
I did a "reset" of Windows 10 last night and it seems that the reset DOES delete files. All of my game files in /steamaps/common were deleted after the reset and I asked Windows to keep all files. Is there any way to recover them besides downloading again? I am on a satellite connection and have limited data download per month.

When you start the reset on Windows 10 you get asked if you wanna keep your personal data which basically means it only keeps the files stored in your user folder.
Anything else gets deleted, so if you haven't installed Steam on a different Partition you have to download all games again.

A lawyer would never take up that case.

What a ridiculous waste of everybody's time and money. You have to have a valid legal case to get any shrift there. and this is FAR fdrom it.

A lawyer isn't needed! File the forms at the courthouse yourself hastily scribbled on a napkin from Subway. Make sure you wear a traffic cone on your head when you do so. For safety.

A judge would laugh them out of court so fast. And also get stuck with the court fee.

And also make sure you follow the Sovereign Citizne movement too so people know you're really serious.
