Should spamming of "BOB" the skeleton be reported as abuse?
These days, I use Steam Workshop a lot to search for and install mods for my game. And, recently, I've seen a rapid increase in "BOB" the skeleton being copy-pasted by various players, posting in many mod comment areas.

This rapidly clutters the comments areas to the point that it becomes difficult to keep up with comments that are actually relevant. When I look at my comment notifications, a good portion of them are merely notifications that someone posted another BOB... :steamsad:

I would say that the rule of thumb is that anywhere it is posted that you can delete it, such as on comments on profiles, it is not a big deal. But if they are harrassing your profile about it, then yes that is reportable from the "more" drop menu as harrassment.

Posted anywhere where you cannot delete it, then that is reportable as spam most likely.

However, the rules seem pretty clear on this as far as I can tell....but this is just all my opinion above and I could be wrong somewhere.

These guidelines apply to all places in the Steam Store and Community where users can post content. This includes, but is not limited to, discussions, comments, guides, product reviews, screenshots, artwork, videos, tags, Steam Workshop, and Steam Greenlight.

General Rules

Do not do any of the following:

(snip)

Post spam (i.e. +1, 10char, rickrolls) or Re-post Closed, Modified, Deleted Content
