keys getting stuck when playing cs go

hi , so when i'am playing cs go and i press crouch (ctrl) key or walk key (shift) they get stuck and i keep walking or crouching for like 2 or 3 seconds . that's really annoying if someone can help me ! i tried many solution like disabling sticky keys on windows ...etc but nothing worked

If you can launch the game from Steam without issues otherwise and it does not crash or give other problems and you can play fine otherwise, ask in the game forum for help on issues seen in the game.

Right click that game in your library and select "view forum". Thanks.
