All my games....
For example, in Windows 7...
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/75571-power-plan-rename.html
EDIT..
Why are you trying to boost your FPS anyway ? Do you meet the specs for the game(s) in question ?
Post your system specs, please, including if the OS is 32 or 64 bit.
AMD Radeon HD 7770
intel core i5-650 3.20ghz
Windows 10 64 Bit
8gb ram
Post your antivirus program.
Post the model number and model EXACTLY of that computer. If it is custom built, post the EXACT motherboard including any revision number if that applies.
I am using Avast, and have been for the past 3 years.
And Avast is on the list...

Make sure you have Steam and all games set as real-time exceptions for Avast.
ACER
AM5811-E1142
also how do I check if my games are exceptions??
http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/search?q=AM5811-E1142%20drivers
I am not finding any results for that number on ACER. Are you sure you have the correct number ?
If you are, can you please go to that site and auto-detect the computer or manually search for it there and then link it here for us ?
My game seems fine! I turned and restarted my PC a couple times due to updates and trying to delete Razer Cortex again...
Thanks for the help!
Keep in touch if anything else happens though please.
I really do appreciate you sticking with me and trying to help!
I would suggest that you got to the webpage for Avast, as I don't use any programs from that list so I don't know. Add Steam and games to exceptions for real-time scanning, NOT active scanning.
Sometimes, you can add the entire Steam folder, depending on settings for your antivirus program.
EDIT..Verywell, I see that you seem to say it is resolved, although we have not really done anything. I suspect that you still have issues there but are just not seeing it now.
Drivers from the official webpage (ACER) if they exist. Some computers do not have drivers for Windows 10 or other operating systems. You cannot run just any OS on just any computer.
And make those exceptions for Avast for sure. You NEED to do that at a minimum there.
