I didnt purchase anything from steam shop for a month and i just got $20 taken out of my account to make me go negative. Is anyone else getting fraudulent charges from Steam?

Are you absolutely certain there are no $20 charges within say, the last 30 days? It doesn't need to have been recent.

You should contact Steam support as soon as possible and explain the situation.
